About This Course

The Authorized Service Representative (ASR) Certification is a course that prepares technicians to install and set up FuelMaster products. This course introduces students to the FuelMaster system, software, and other Syntech products. Students must pass the certification exam to receive an ASR certification number.

Live Instructor-Led Course

4 Day Course	9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST

The Authorized Service Representative Certification course is offered only as a live, instructor-led course. Students can choose between two attendance options:

• In person - at our Tallahassee, FL classroom.
• Remote - online via Microsoft Teams.
