This technician should be considered entry level and is in training. A technician will spend their first 90 days at level 1. This level will focus on safety and ensuring the technician understands proper safety protocol, while undergoing specific safety-oriented training. Upon the completion of the first 90 days the technician will be automatically enrolled in preparatory training to qualify for Level 2. If the technician does not complete the assigned safety courses, they will not be permitted to enter any other training courses.

Upon completion of the first 90 days and successfully obtaining state requirements, the technician will be enrolled into the Level 2 Technician program.
